We’re only months away from the release of Sonic Frontiers. Sonic Team has consistently reiterated that the game’s development is going smoothly. And we have some further proof that they weren’t lying when they said that.
SEGA and EGX have confirmed that a demo for Sonic Frontiers will be playable at the convention. Occurring from September 22nd to the 25th in London, EGX attendees will get to go hands-on with the upcoming title. You can check out the press statement from SEGA below.

It’s good that this will be the second time players will have a playable demo for the upcoming title. The game also had a demo at Summer Games Fest 2022 for attendees. But it shows SEGA and Sonic Team have confidence in the blue blur’s upcoming adventure. A demo is a sure sign the game is close to completion. So it looks like we will explore this new vast world with Sonic this year.
