Company of Heroes 3 is coming to PC in 2022, pre-alpha available now
Company of Heroes is back, baby. Originally released in 2006 from THQ and Relic, Company of Heroes is a real-time strategy game that takes place during World War II, and is widely considered one of the best RTS games in the genre. After the first title was released, THQ went bankrupt and SEGA swooped Relic up, now working under the SEGA Europe wing. A sequel was released in 2013, and in the year of our hedgehog 2021, we’re finally getting a threequel.
This week, SEGA and Relic announced Company of Heroes 3:
The legendary strategy franchise is back, combining heart-pounding combat with new layers of strategy in a breathtaking Mediterranean setting. Relic Entertainment™ and SEGA® are thrilled to reveal that Company of Heroes™ 3, the latest instalment in the critically acclaimed strategy series, is coming to PC in late 2022.
Relic
Relic and SEGA won’t blow the lid on all of the game’s features, but they are willing to share out a couple. There will be a single player mode that will be chock full of replayability and choice. Company of Heroes 3 will also feature a skirmish mode and how you play is entirely up to you. Play against AI or with friends, on customizable battle fields at your disposal.
A pre-alpha of Company of Heroes 3 is now available for you to enjoy. If you want to take part in their pre-alpha, you need to sign up and log in through their official developer website. There are some known issues in the Company of Heroes 3 pre-alpha, and according to Relic, there are some workarounds.
