Starting things off this week, we have Age of Wonders 4. Developed by Triumph Studios and published by Paradox Interactive, this strategy game lets you rule a fantasy realm of your own design. After powerful wizard kings return to the realms to reign as gods, it’s up to you to claim and master the Tomes of Magic to evolve your people and prepare for battle.
Throughout the game, you’ll also explore new magical realms with a blend of 4X strategy and turn-based combat. In addition, you can control your own faction that grows and changes each turn to expand your empire. Age of Wonders 4 casts out onto PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC tomorrow.
Redfall (May 2)
Sinking its teeth into your home next is Redfall. Developed by Arkane Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks, this open-world co-op shooter places you into a town overrun by vampires. Throughout the game, you’ll experience a deep story as you unravel the mystery behind the vampires’ siege on the town of Redfall, Massachusetts.
As you blast away blood-suckers, you can team with a handful of survivors in intense shoot ’em up action. In addition, each of the game’s four main characters has their own special abilities to exploit against the ravenous threat. You can blast into Redfall when it hits Xbox Series X/S and PC tomorrow.
Super Dungeon Maker (May 3)
Then, FIRECHICK brings you the cute pixel art dungeon editor Super Dungeon Maker. Inspired by 2D adventure games of yesteryear, this game creator allows you to create your ultimate dungeon-crawler. From the amount of levels and enemies, to where you may find secret rooms, this game gives you full creative freedom.
In addition, you can upload your dungeons for the community to play, as well as enjoy other peoples’ creations. With an intuitive user interface, creating your dream dungeon-crawler for you and your friends to enjoy has never been easier or more fun. You can jump into Super Dungeon Maker when it crawls onto Nintendo Switch and PC this Wednesday.
Ravenlok (May 4)
Ravenlok is an action RPG set in a fairytale world where a young girl must fulfill a prophecy to save her kingdom from a corrupt queen. Developed and published by Cococucumber, the game’s story kicks off after Ravenlok stumbles through a magical mirror that transports her to a dark fantasy world, corrupted by the Caterpillar Queen. Now, it’s up to her to save this land as she encounters curious creatures and completes quests to end the tyranny.
The game offers up a charming and unique world marked by cinematic 3D pixel art and an emotive orchestral score. Throughout your adventure, you’ll also need to battle monsters and bosses with real-time combat in this whimsical realm. Ravenlok ventures onto Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC this Thursday.

Closing out this week is Death or Treat. Developed by Saona Studios and published by Perp Games, this charming rouge-like places you into a Halloween-themed town called HallowTown. After people stop eating and trading candies, they begin instead consuming Storyum
As Scary, a sheet ghost who runs the traveling shop of GhostMart, it’s up to you to bring down the evil factory creating Storyum. Armed with your trusty broomstick, you’ll need to battle waves of enemies in 2D platforming action to ultimately restore order to HallowTown.
