A new mod for Resident Evil 2 replaces Leon with the Nemesis from RE3.
User PlayStar201 uploaded the new mod to the Resident Evil 2 section of the Nexus Mods website. Because the mod is simply a reskin for Leon’s character model, players will not be able to use the Nemesis’ powers. However, the reskin has some hilarious advantages. The Nemesis will be normal sized and share Leon’s voice. Players can expect these features to lead to humorous moments in the game.
PlayStar201 states in the mod description that players have the chance to play as the friendly Tyrant. He also suggests that players download an additional mod that reskins Claire with Jill. Introducing the Resident Evil 3 protagonist to work alongside her foe should lead to even more humorous encounters.
The mod creator appears to have a fascination for turning the Nemesis into a hero. Another mod by the same user reskins Carlos as the Nemesis in the Resident Evil 3 remake.
PlayStar201’s real name is Kevin. He states in his bio on Nexus Mods that his first mods were for Detroit: Become Human. However, Kevin now places his focus on Resident Evil and Final Fantasy XV mods.
