Panzer Dragoon Remake devs sign deal with Square Enix
More remakes on the way?
Last year, Forever Entertainment released the long-awaited remake of Panzer Dragoon. The release got solid reviews from fans and critics. The remake sequel, Panzer Dragoon II Zwei, is expected to release later this year.
According to a report from Polish news outlet Pap Biznes, Forever Entertainment signed a deal with Square Enix. In the deal, Square Enix and Forever Entertainment are planning “several remakes” together.
Here’s a translation of the report:
Forever Entertainment has signed an agreement with Square Enix to create and release several game remakes based on one brand owned by the Japanese company – Forever Entertainment said in a statement. The company’s share price increases by more than 10 percent.
The name of the game on the basis of which the Polish company is to create the so-called remake, is to be made public in a separate report when the global marketing campaign begins.

It’ll be interesting to see what specific “brand” these remakes are for. My gut tells me it’s a game from the Mana series, but perhaps we can see Parasite Eve get the remake treatment?
