Great news for SEGA Game Gear fanatics! We rarely see merchandise and apparel for the beloved handheld, but it seems like SEGA has finally realized they can make some money off the nostalgia for the system.
SEGA Shop Europe has released a new line of Game Gear apparel for hardcore fans of the handheld. Three items were created to celebrate the system. These include:
- A sharp snapback cap with the Game Gear logo of the system
- A black shirt showing the system itself in an 8-bit style
- And a two-pin set for any pin collector! You can check out all three below.
Unfortunately, there is a catch. SEGA Shop Europe is only available if you live in Europe. So no international shipping for any of these items. Now, if you know someone in Europe, you can try to talk to them into ordering it and shipping it to you. But that’s the only workaround I can think of that will work. Hopefully, these sell well in Europe, and they’ll become available in other territories later this year.
