Sega Sammy hits over $3 billion in revenue; also wants stakes in casino resort.
With the FY17 year done for Sega Sammy, they have released their statement of their full year up to March 31, 2017.
It posted revenue of up to $3.23 billion as it raised up 414% for the entire year. You can see the entire report on the official website here
In other related news to Sega Sammy, Casino.org has also stated that they are reporting due to Japan National Diet legalization of commercial casinos, global gambling companies, such as MGM Resorts and Hard Rock, will take advantage of this new bill passed.
Here’s what Sega Sammy President Haruki Satomi had to say:
We definitely want to take a bigger stake in Japan … the whole casino resort, we hope to take a majority stake. We are preparing for that.”
Sega Sammy is one of Japan’s major producers in pachinko machines and are more likely to expand their experience to more of a gambling setting.
