SEGA will host a Yakuza: Like a Dragon livestream next week

SEGA is set to release Yakuza: Like a Dragon on Jan. 16 in Japan. While a North American and European release has yet to be announced, you can catch a special live stream on YouTube Live on Jan. 15 at 8 a.m. EST (20:00 JST).

The live broadcast will feature the voice actors of Like a Dragon such as Kazuhiro Nakatani (Kazuga Ichiban), Takaya Kuroda (Kazuma Kiryu) and Hidenari Ugaki (Goro Majima).

Yakuza: Like a Dragon is a dramatic turn-based RPG and is considered a soft reboot to what is traditionally an action/adventure beat ’em up series. Like a Dragon will take place in the fictional Isezaki Ijincho district, based on the real life Isezakichō district in Yokohama, Japan.

The Western release of Yakuza: Like a Dragon is expected to be sometime in 2020 for the PlayStation 4. A demo is currently available on the Japanese PlayStation Store.
