Last month, Atlus finally spilled the beans and announced that date Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster will finally release date in the West.
With the official release on May 21, Atlus has released a Factions and Choices trailer. This trailer introduces players to Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster‘s characters and paths they can take as they explore post-apocalyptic Tokyo.
What begins as a normal day in Tokyo turns out to be everything but, when the Conception – an ethereal apocalypse – is invoked. The remains of the world are swallowed by chaos, as a demonic revolution descends into a broken city. Caught between a battle of gods and demons, the choices you make can bring life, rebirth, or death, and determine who triumphs.
The game includes:
- Remastered 3D models and backgrounds
- Additional difficulty settings for players of all skill levels
- Including an easier difficulty level MERCIFUL as free DLC
- Suspend save – save your progress whenever you need
- Voiced audio – choose between Japanese and English VO
- An alternate branch featuring Raidou Kuzunoha
The game will come to PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Steam on May 25, but if you pre-order the Digital Deluxe Edition, you’ll get access on May 21.
Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster will include all of the patches previously released for the Japanese version, including a Day 1 patch that will improve the game even further. The game originally released in Japan in October 2020.
