The Wonderful 101: Remastered heading to Switch, PC this April
Platinum Games has given us a ton of great and memorable titles over the years, including Bayonetta and Vanquish. When the Wii U was still around, they released a super fun and memorable game called The Wonderful 101. Despite acclaim from critics, it did not do as well as Platinum Games had hoped.
Today, the developer announced The Wonderful 101: Remastered through a brand new Kickstarter campaign. The remastered version has already surpassed its goal of a Switch and PC version, with a PlayStation 4 version looking very likely as well.
The Wonderful 101: Remastered will be released on Nintendo Switch, with versions for other platforms becoming available via stretch goals. We also plan to add a host of amazing extras as stretch goals are met, with the goal of making The Wonderful 101: Remastered the definitive depiction of our heroes’ exploits!
As of this post, The Kickstarter has reach well over $420,000 with a goal of only $50,000. As with most Kickstarters, Platinum games has multiple price tiers with some pretty awesome rewards. If you pledge at least $102, you can get blocked by Kamiya-san on Twitter!
