Three screening of ‘Console Wars’ will be held at SXSW
More info on the screenings of Console Wars has been made available through SXSW.
In our previous post of Console Wars, Blake J. Harris did announce that they will premiere the documentary during the SXSW Film and Gaming Expo. But no details as to dates and times were mentioned. As of today, the website has updated with times, dates and locations for each of the three screenings.
- March 16th. 7:45-9:18 pm at the SXSW Film Theatre.
- March 17th. 5:00-6:33 pm at the Alamo Lamar.
- March 20th. 8:15-9:48 pm at the Zach Theatre.
The length of the documentary 93 minutes and both directors, Jonah Tulis and Blake J. Harris, the original author of the book, will be present at the screenings. This is another bit of SEGA related news as SXSW recently announced the return of the Sonic the Hedgehog panel.
No word on when the documentary will be released later to the public. CBS All Access will also be producing a mini series on their app with Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg leading.
