You can become a body in The Mortuary Assistant

Have you ever wanted to see your body as a lifeless corpse in a horror game? Well, then I have some good news for you! Brian Clarke, the developer behind the upcoming Mortuary Assistant, announced two contests that give you the chance to have your likeness recreated as one of the game’s bodies. About The Mortuary Assistant Be a Body Contest
Each of the two contests are for YouTube and Twitch respectively. With that, the two contests are also drastically different in what participants must do to win. For YouTube contestants, you must create a short 30-90 second horror video inspired by The Mortuary Assistant. As for Twitch contestants, you must record, upload and track the amount of times you can complete the game’s demo within 24 hours.
Alongside recreating your likeness in the game, Clarke also announced a slew of other great awards the winners can look forward to. First place winners also win a free copy of The Mortuary Assistant and an exclusive merchandise collection inspired by the game. In addition, publisher DreadXP added the extra prizes of an Nvidia 3060 graphics card for the Twitch winner and a one-year subscription of Adobe After Effects for the YouTube winner. DreadXP will also give the first place winners for both the YouTube and Twitch contests $1,000 in cash as well.
For those who place in second through fifth place, you also have some cool prizes to look forward to. Anyone who places second through fifth in each of the contests will receive the free copy of the game, as well as the merch collection. In addition, Twitch winners will receive the Nvidia 3060 graphics card and YouTube winners will get the year subscription of After Effects. Placing 6th through 50th place in either contests also nets you a free copy of the game.

The Mortuary Assistant crawls out August 2
The Mortuary Assistant is an upcoming horror game developed by Brian Clarke of solo development studio DarkStone Digital. In addition, DreadXP announced they will publish the independent title. In the game, you take on the role of an apprentice mortician, who while performing a routine embalming, discovers a demonic presence amongst the dead. However, be warned, as each individual playthrough brings new scares and dangers along the way.
The Mortuary Assistant crawls off the embalming table on August 2 for PC. You can also try the game out early by playing the free demo on Steam.
